About Me

My love for working with my hands started at a young age helping my grandparents around their farm with things like building barns to running a sawmill. I went to a fairly eccentric high school that had a program where students got to learn from skilled individuals in the community. I chose to take classes from a couple different woodworkers and got to build a few cool things (one of which I still have). After high school I went to work for my families almond processing and farming operation. Early on at that job I learned to weld. I really took to the welding and machinery repair side of things and did that for many years.

Fast forward a few years, my wife and I had gone through a terrible house remodel where I said “if I ever remodel a house again i’ll do it ALL myself”. So we sold that house and bought another house that needed to be remodeled. 2 years later and a fully remodeled house (which I did ALL myself, well with the help of my wife and kids) I re sparked that original love for wood working and working with my hands.

All that leads to today. I really enjoy working with both metal and wood and like to try to incorporate them together in as many projects as possible. If there’s anything I can help you build from tables to handrails to cutting boards to floating shelves. Please check out my products page or feel free to shoot me an email. I look forward to building the next cool project.
